asked being answered?The US forum get their questions asked and answered in a week, and are not direct translations of RU forum posts.

At the moment, Questions from EU and RU are sent to the development team, and One set of replies come back which are placed on the Eu and RU forums. So yes, basically the answers posted on EU and RU are similar.
NA office are currently trying something different on the NA server, The weekly Q&A's on NA are on one specific topic each week, and are being answered independently..
Regarding the OP I've edited and corrected the translation error there.
- Will you ever add tier 11 tanks? Or tier 10 for TD's and medium tanks? Or you just stick to the new nations implementation?
Tier 11 will not be introduced, but we do discuss implementation of tier 10 TD's and medium tanks.
As previously stated above, ПТ-САУ are Tank Destroyers, not artillery.
