Tanitha: The mods have a 20ish page code of conduct, which Ive been writing for about a year, So its undergone about 10 major rewrites since it was first implemented back in about October 2010.
Now its pretty exact, detailed, and clearly covers the above.
Your other questions need a developers answers though.
