Keeping players happy: effective community management

Nothing to be sorry for - it is not your server, but what we have to work with. However, you say it is every two weeks on the NA thread? The wording on the news post and OP are exactly the same on EU and NA servers? Sorry, a bit confused about what was clarified, but thanks for the last post on the EU YA-WR thread.
Tanitha: The EU CEO will come in with his own plans ideas and way of doing
things. So how he likes things done, I have no Idea.
For NA however I'm their Lead CM there, I'm employed by and based out of the NA office, but I work out of and live in Australia. So this allows me to work the 100 hours a week that i do, and be online during AUS, US and EU timezones, + weekends, + dont disappear for events all the time. I like that system, and I hope NA office + the players do to.
I closed down the New Q&A thread a day after it opened, I wasn't happy with its wording, or how many questions were coming in and no answers were going out.
After I found out the topic was going to be just opened and left, and then closed and questions gathered, then answers coming in a different thread a week later. Then I made that clear in the NA thread with some edits and replies, and reopened it.
