1 week and no gold?

I'm really struggling to get any help on this as I tried to send support tickets, but you are unable to reply to your answers so it seems impossible to get the information I need!
It may be that I'm just very stupid that can't understand this, but it's been a full 7 days now since my bank confirmed a completed transaction, but no gold has shown up and when I inquire about it to support I get a response saying the transaction isn't completed yet. May well be, but is there anyone I can have a dialogue with to get to the bottom of this? I spent 50 euros on the 14500 gold package, and that's money I'd rather get something for, as I'm sure you understand.
Thank you for any help/reference to a place where I can receive help with my problem.
