There is no known bugs with premium days. All previous problems like this have been because the player doesn't log in for a day or more, and thus the premium days has dropped.
It also causes some confusion because the server time and player time is different.
Like if it says 25 days premium left, it doesn't say if this is 25 days and 1 hour, or 25 days and 23 hours.
But send the screenshots to support and they can check for you..
