Unfortunately when support get a long complaint letter, detailing what "the reporter thought happened", with screen caps to match with your name on them clearly showing you Tked them. Then intent is hard to established.
So it definitely often does come down to, apologize, quickly and nicely, before they go off writing big stories/complaints.
The TK system could do with some work before release and im sure it will be improved before then.
