General rule in "who goes first"

Tanitha: Sure. But I don't agree with some things that you wrote : ) . I think one of the main things I disagree with, is that in the current 15v15 "random" battles. You really have 15 individuals playing by themselves and for themselves. Teamwork is nice but with 15 individual's you aren't going to get very much of it at all. And especially you have no say or control over what other people do.
Comments you made like
4) Strongest vehicle in wolfpack has right to point which tank goes first.
There is no rights of 1 individual to tell the other 14 individuals what to do. Just because you think you know what they shuold be doing better than them, that doesn't matter, people just need to play their own tank.
And again here.
purpose of this guide was how to break stalemate, especially at the beginning when scouts died and everybody waiting to attack but no one is willing to sacrifice and go as spearhead.
When "noone is willing to sacrifice and go as a spearhead". Then you only have two options, scout yourself, or join the other's not willing to "sacrifice and go as a spearhead"
The tactics that you wrote, IMO would be better when clan war's comes out, And you are playing with 15 clan mates. Clan's can have tactics planed, and can tell their members what to do and how to play (to some extent) but in random 15v15 games, you really have 0 control over what the other 14 do.
And another point.
Tier 8+ heavies SHOULD.NOT.SCOUT.
Why? Tanks like IS7's have a speed of up to 50, and can bounce most hits. What can one shot your mediums often just bounces off the IS7's, So every shot the IS7 bounces is a hit your team mates aren't taking. To be honest when I'm in my vk4502 id prefer the team's medium tanks behind me firing over my shoulder, than being in front of my taking the hits that barely hurt me. But as i said above, its a bit situational, if there is a few 152's unaccounted for, then spearheading is a bit too dangerous in case you run into them.
