I was playing in my VK4502 and having a great game, most of my team died early, which left me almost by my self to take out most of the enemy team. I clocked up 8 kills.. And it was down to me and a weak tank, against a KV-3..
Our weak tank was capping, The enemy KV-3 was capping. The enemy was winning the cap, and being a slow ass tank near our base I couldn't help cap in time. So I needed to go kill the enemy tank. Which I went to do..
I shot the KV3 doing very little damage (I could have finished him in 1 shot normally he wasn't on full health) but it reset his cap timer, So it guarantee'ed our cap win. I went to shoot the KV3 again, and my team mate left the circle and stopped capping at 90+% so i could get my 9th kill. My shot on the KV-3 bounced and the KV-3 hit me for a lucky well aimed shot, which killed the last health I had left (I already had 40 hits on my tank and it was very smashed up).
The enemy tank then started capping again, and my team mate started capping again, and the enemy was ahead on the cap again, leaving the weak tank to come and try and finish off the KV-3 which failed, he died and we lost.
I was shocked my team mate stopped capping (no-one asked him to), But oh well, he was trying to be nice. I was shocked I didn't kill the KV-3 after landing two decent shots on him. I was shocked The KV-3 got a decent lucky shot off on me which finished me off.
After having a great game and getting 8 kills, It would have been really nice to get the surviving bonus, and the +50% for winning.


40 hits on my tank, So yeah I was very smashed up before having to stop the KV-3 from capping.

Morale of the story "a cap is a win", killing all the enemy tank's isn't guaranteed.
