Tanitha: So remove warping, making it much easier to hit moving tanks.
And then reduce shell velocity making it a bit harder to hit moving tanks.
I don't think it will be that much difference to what we have now really.
Except Arty who isn't effected by warping, will have more difficulty hitting moving tanks, which imo is a good thing. A tank zigzagging and going 45-50 shouldn't be as easy to hit with arty as it is now imo.
All in all, it seems like a good feature to me. But I'll wait and play and see. : )
