Dead players shown as alive

Oh my crew is dead, I'll use the first aid kit then.. It gave me some "cant use, message"
Then I noticed my name was greyed out, IE dead..
Ive only seen it once. So its not very common. The photo says I had 22% left, from memory I was only shot once and had a fire etc.
