While games 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have a lot of variance, with the difference between games 3 and 4 being 100%, it's not that strange. What's strange is game 2, with the 355 XP reward. Before the fifth game, I thought it was some kind of a survival bonus, but I survived game 5 as well, and got less than half of what game 2 got me.
How would you explain this?
Tanitha: I don't know, but here's my guesses.
I believe you get paid exp for being close to enemy fire.
So if a big tank rocks up and one shots you, or two shots you, then the amount of fire you have been around will be minimal.
If a smaller tank rocks up and fires at the ground near you a few times, you bounce shots, get hit but reflect most of the damage, etc, you could end up being around a lot more enemy fire, before dieing.
Also if you are alone at the base, and 1-2-3-4-5 tank's rocks up, you detect them.
If other tanks are around they might detect them first.
With the exp difference between the surviving games.
I believe damage done to the enemy team, a portion is paid to the whole team.
So in a game where you are the highest tank, not much damage is done to the enemy team to kill them all.
in a game where you are the lowest tank, more damage is needed to be done to kill the enemy team because they are a lot bigger..
In one game you might have killed them all, the other game you might have only killed 1/2 of them and capped.
