Tanitha: Discussion of the closed beta is limited to the closed beta section of the forums.
players are allowed to "suggest" to the devs after 50 posts, but usually people just post into descussion, if it ends up being a good idea, we move it to dev suggestions.
So I'll move this post to closed beta / discussion.
As for your topics.
Balance, is team balance, Are the two teams equal. it has nothing to do with individual balance.
No all the tanks in a game aren't the same tier, and they dont have to be, as long as the team's are balanced.
Each tank can help bring down a superior tank, even if you cant solo it one on one.
Smaller tanks can also scout, and kill artillery, and work in packs.
I personally don't think there is a problem with the "individual" balance. But they are making some tweaks soon anyway.
The team balancing could use a few tweaks imo, and they are coming too.
