2nd Monitor video blacked out
Дата: 26.10.2010 10:26:15

When I run my tv player on my second monitor and play World Of Tanks in full screen, it blacks out my tv screen, I can see the player itself and hear the sound, just that I cannot watch my favourette programs while playing this marvellous game (the main program is Top Gear, you can understand my delimer). Running the game in window mode solves this problem, but with a system like mine, I should not have any problems running both tv and game at the same tiem, I play Arma 2 and watch my tv on my system without any problems.
Tanitha: If you run two monitors, your graphics card's power is split.
If you run a game full screen like Wot, Civilizations, most others, its using too much of the graphics card, So it stops displaying the video.
With me at the moment, i can play wot full screen, and watch a video on the second monitor, Using vlc player, which is one of the best. BUT Only if the video is average quality. IE it can play your 480p 300meg a tv show, 700 meg a movie, but it wont play higher quality 720p movies. IE my graphics card wont handle a high res video and a full screen game. It will handle a average res vid and a full screen game.
