As for shooting leo's. I usually 1 shot, 1 kill them with auto aim, You have to when ammo's 1100 each. Yes if you put auto aim on and shoot them you said 1/4 but i think its more like 1/10.. But if you put auto aim on and just wait 5-10-15 seconds until the leo is going directly towards or away from you and the light turns green, bang-dead.
Leo's have to keep a 90o angle between themselves and other tanks, and avoid going towards or away from another tank. This is a bit hard when you are in their base and their is 4-5 other tanks looking at you waiting to shoot.
