So your problem isn't, I'm having lag issues because I'm now on the USA server.
The problem is you are now on "new" servers, that aren't running perfectly. This is why everyone's on the USA servers so they can be tested and made perfect.
When the USA servers are perfect, then they will no longer need testing.
