but a Small-Repair kit consumable is a MUST.
Tanitha: A spall liner is very useful, and it is what it is, it cant be
replaced by anything else.
It provides a advantage if you ram often (I do), or get rammed, and provides defense against HE ammo, and arty HE fire.
The toolkit on the other hand, Starts to get a bit redundant when you can have 100% repair on the crew, And you can carry a "instant" repair kit. So without the repair kit (500k) I can repair instantly once (quicker) and if more repairs are needed the 100% repair crew does a reasonable job.
The spall liner's only 50k for a small tank, so 1/10th of the cost.
I think the main advantage with the toolkit is you can move it to another tank later.
