For now, (Until the planned server split into EU and USA servers, which is due 20th - 24th December) Link the current forums are split up into two sections.
One section for "NON BETA TESTERS"

General Discussion Link
And a full forum section for closed beta testers.
All discussion on the closed beta (until the server split) is limited to the closed beta section of the forums. Link Discussion on the closed beta is NOT permitted in the open sections of the forums. Details on where to post are below, please post into the correct sections in future.

World of Tanks forum
1. Important.
Purpose: Name speaks for itself. Contains the WoT game and forum rules.
2. News & Notifications
Purpose: Current information on the game and game-related stuff.
3. World of Tanks Closed Beta
Purpose: Conversing about WOT CBT, gameplay, balance, technical issues are to be discussed here and nowhere else.
3.1 Notifications and updates
Purpose: Current notifications/announcements that affect beta test itself.
3.2 Developer's corner
Purpose: Communication with devs, gathering feedback from beta testers.
Notice: Questions and Suggestions require at least 50 posts to post in each, pre-moderation is on for these sections.
3.3 Game discussion
Purpose: General discussion of the game intended for beta testers.
3.4 Game FAQ's
Purpose: FAQ's, guides etc.
3.5 Newcomers' section.
Purpose: Simple questions from new players, not intended for large discussions. intended for beta testers.
3.6 Maps
Purpose: Discussing maps-related issues, keep this section free of bugs and errors reports.
3.7 Deutsches Forum
Purpose: Self explanatory.
3.8 Polskie Forum
Purpose: Self explanatory.
4. Tank discussion.
Purpose: Discussing in-game vehicles, not modern or imaginary ones.
5. Technical section
Purpose: Technical questions/problems.
5.1 Errors Reporting
Purpose: Reporting different errors which are not bugs: updating/patching troubles, launcher problems, chat filter, connection issues, registration troubles.
5.2 Technical issues
Purpose: Reporting game bugs, including map bugs/glitches. Make sure that all such problems are discussed in this thread and nowhere else.
5.3 World of Tanks wiki
Purpose: Discussing WOT wiki, which hasn't been launched yet.
5.4 Localization & adaptation
Purpose: English version (only English) of WOT, mistranslations, typos etc.
6. Game
Purpose: Conversing about the game in general, intended for members (not beta testers) mostly.
Notice: This forum is temporary one, will be merged with World of Tanks Closed Beta, when there is no need to distinguish between beta testers and members.
6.1 General Discussion
Purpose: General discussion of the game, for members (not beta testers) mostly. To be kept free of gameplay/balance/tech topics.
6.2 Newcomer Questions
Purpose: General questions on the game from new members (not beta testers) mostly, these general questions are addressed to beta testers.
6.3 Creativity
Purpose: Expressing one's feelings, emotions etc and promoting the game using our official banners/logos/sigs.
6.4 Clan section
Purpose: Looking for a clan / recruiting clan (see subsections).
7. History Discussion
Purpose: Discussing warfare in general, history and modern warfare vehicles (see subsections).
8. Off-Topic Discussion
8.1 Off-Topic
Purpose: General off-topic section.
8.2 Meetings
Purpose: To encourage beta-testers meeting in RL.
8.3 Russian WoT community
Purpose: Self explanatory.
8.4 Junkyard
Purpose: Primarily used as the trashcan for moderators.
