2 clans same name?

Now if for example my clan found this game today, And discovered a new clan was made a month ago with the same name, and registered on WoT a month ago. Then its asking a bit too much for ME to rename my clan that's been going for 11 years, and go through the large costs of buying a new domain name etc.. The new clan that started a month ago, should have used google and picked a clan name that wasn't already in use by another clan.
As I said, the above is just a example, but until i knew all the situation id not make a judgment.
Id want to know,
When was each clan established? (And this would be very important to me)
When did each clan join WoT?
How many members in each clan?
Who has domain names, websites, hosting, teamspeek/ventrilo etc registered. And since when.
To me it wouldn't just come down to who joined WoT first. Especially since WoT's not released yet, and there is no clan system in game yet.
