This is nothing personal against you guys, I just disagree with
many things you are doing with the tournaments and being an admin.
Most of the time I'm trying give constructive criticism but
sometimes I'm just too frustrated. And I'm sorry for it. The
thing I'd want to change the most is to actully talk to the
players. And when you do talk to the players you often do it in
kind of agressive and rude way. This is great example. You are
expecting things which I'm not and you didn't even tell the reason
for the golds being late. I kind of understand that you are
sometimes getting frustrated too for my comments, but sometimes
when players are asking something you and Karlie often answer
something like "reading the rules might help". You have to
understand that not everyone can understand English well and be
able to search answer for certain question from the rules and then
from the forums. Better way to respond would be to give the answer
for a question and then possibly give a link to the rules.Soov: The thing is also you have to understand our point of view
as well. There was some issue similar quite some time ago and when
we actually gave reason why it happened we got trashed so bad...
Every time when we are trying to give you guys explanation why
something is happening (the way players are not happy about) we are
getting trashed. Doesn;t matter if it is our fault or not. Players
doesn't like something? WG is responsible as they are "stupid" or
other names we are being called that i will not use here. We
said once: we don;t have enough manpower - which was true and we
wanted to share it with everyone why things were happening this
way. Players answer? "Then hire someone!" - easy right? well
no. it's never that easy. And we got trashed. The same
reason is right now. Not enough manpower + other issues that I
can't share with you = delays. And we are very sorry about it as we
care about players and we want you guys to play in tournaments and
get your gold. But all of you must understand as well that
we are just humans - we are getting sick, someone may go on
vacation, we are not working 7 days a week, we are not just admin
sitting at home and just scheduling battles. Additionally
giving out gold is not just one click and puff it's done. 1 person
have to spent quite some time to make the lists and send them for
distribution. We are trying - we are trying very much to be
nice and helpful, give you guys nice tournaments with nice rewards.
Doing sometimes (when we have possibility) online tournaments that
may finish with playing on stage (like gamescom in 2016 or cup for
Hungarian audience). But mostly in return we are getting trashed...
Not very motivating huh? Yet we are trying and coming up
with new ideas and workflows to help with procedures.
Hopefully now gold will be given out sooner - yet all of you must
realize that there will be time that it may be given closer to the
2 weeks, than couple of days.
