If i understand it correct, the update comes after this midnight, tomorrow noon we will be playing the new version.
Shouldn't we be able to pre-load the update already?

Sael_: Unlikely, considering the amount of information spread, the
different test iterations for each change, the long time spent
tweaking everything and making sure everyone would be well
informed. The only way to not know about the changes is to have
repeatedly and deliberately dodged every single communication we
have issued about it.
