ELC EVEN 90: Size Does Matter

Sael_: This might be unpopular to point out, but traditional light tanks and wheeled vehicles have different gameplay and different roles on the battlefield, they do not replace each other. The fact that wheeled vehicles are on the battlefield doesn't make this tank useless. But it is a vehicle with a peculiar play-style, so I would only recommend to people that know how to make it work to get it!
