Sael_: HitmanTD, if the player support hasn't answered to you yet it is because there is usually a queue of player tickets they need to answer before yours already. All you need to do if you didn't receive an answer yet is to wait, especially because if you keep replying to your own ticket, for example, you keep giving up your spot in the queue and your waiting time only gets longer. Support staff are the only ones that can help you with this unfortunately.
