General Feedback - Update 1.8

Sael_:  We are still tweaking some aspects before the big changes coming with New Balance. A lot of things will be radically altered and making even more big changes to tank classes and big gameplay chunks before the ones already being tested roll out is a bit too much. Eventually everything will be fine-tuned, a bit at the time. If the EBR will still need changes after the New Balance is implemented there might be more novelties being tested, we will see.
