Better off just playing premium tanks and buying crew books. A much
more time efficient way to get crew training. Try to
see it like this: every time you win a battle and you're also in
the top 10xp, you don't just get the glory and normal benefits, you
take home an extra x3 crew xp bonus. You're very likely going to
play a lot during this period for one reason or another - this is
basically an encouraging plus when you happen to meet the clauses.
If it stresses you to play to meet the requirements, then don't,
just play for fun, play for yourself - eventually you'll meet the
requirements anyway and get at least some of the bonus anyway.
