already the update in the FAQ: How do I get the doge camo?
Play at least 3 games on the Classic server and you will earn the
special style. It will be credited to your main account in
roundabout a week! As for the technical issues, we were not
expecting such an overwhelming amount of nostalgic hearts out
there, but we've been working to remedy the server situation as
best as we can since the problems have surfaced. While we do our
best to fix them, we hope you will get to enjoy the x5 XP bonus for
the first win of the day we have put in place for the weekend on
the main server
