World of Tanks 2019 - Community Development Wishlist

Ph3lan: Hey guys,    I have updated my summary from last week and at this point it is basically finished. It seems that people over in the German forums got inspired by this and started a similar thread, which was similarly pinned by our German CMs. We will take a look at the suggestions in that one as well and make a final report from the two. I'll leave the thread pinned for a couple of days in case you guys want to discuss this more.   A couple of things I wanted to mention about this:
- I am going to send it internally as a separate report in addition to my weekly and monthly reports and the specific content reports - This is a great way for us to show off current concerns of the forum community internally, thank you for contributing to it! - I have already shared some of the most current info about the hottest topic in my summary post, but if I get additional information about any of the topics mentioned in this list I'll share it with you guys.  - I don't want to give you any false hopes about getting every single thing changed, looking at this list I think its biggest value is in confirming the topics that are the most important ones at them moment in the eyes of the hard-core community. (Cobra 6s post also sums them up pretty well for example). I'll also share the more specific suggestions, however I don't think they are on the same level on the priority list.
