to the chat issues when I said that they were resolved, I have
edited the OP to make this clearer. As I said friends
list problems was a separate issue, which were not
resolved unfortunately. The clan chat problems were also an
independent issue which was fixed. Support Answer: To
be fair that is actually a good answer from support. In most of the
cases it is actually a firewall problem and Support needs to verify
the most obvious solutions first before jumping to
conclusions.
