So, is the Badger OP?

Ph3lan: We collected the initial feedback about the badger yesterday and going through the reports from the different languages it seems that a lot of the regions consider it to be relatively weak. Then I open this thread and you guys are telling me that it is OP.  I am confused.  I'll try it over the weekend and see for myself.
