Sandbox: Test HD Maps Starting October 11

Ph3lan: Hey guys!    Today we have implemented a micropatch which solved the loading issue a lot of you were experiencing. Let us know if you encounter any more problems after the patch though and we will look into it! Have fun on the beautiful new maps!
