Vehicle Rebalances in Update 9.20.1

Ph3lan: Hey guys!   Thanks for all your feedback. I have read your comments and we will make sure to let our developers know what you think. Also, once the Public Test goes live make sure to head over to the Public Test feedback section and let us know your thoughts on the changes in the dedicated feedback topics.   I have been seeing a lot of comments with people asking for changes for vehicles/lines that were not touched in this update. As you can see we have been including a lot of balance changes in our updates lately however it is impossible to do everything at once. The fact that your favorite tank was not changed in this particular test, doesn't mean that our devs are not looking into it. Don't worry there is always the next update and your time will come as well
