Cheater reports

Ph3lan: Hey all!   We indeed have an automated system in place to handle this kind of abuse which is much more efficient than checking each case manually. Why? Proving that someone is using an aim bot is quite hard if you are not looking at the replay of the perpetrator. (which the reporting player usually doesn't have access to) A lot of the aim-bot reports are false, since players tend to suspect aim bots whenever someone scores several critical hits against them.  If customer support agents investigate every report manually that's all they will do instead of solving other tickets.    I know that as soon as you guys spot someone who, you think, uses an aim bot modification you want that person to be punished as swiftly as possible. An automated system might not give you the immediate feedback you would like to see, but in the long term it will filter out more false positives and punish more of the real perpetrators.
