Update 9.19 Public Test - General Feedback

Ph3lan: Hey guys!   Today's micropatch for the Common Test fixed the following issues: Fixed the issue where ammunition and consumables were not resupplied automatically after a battle, even if a player had enough credits and/or gold on their account. Fixed the issue with the display of rank/chevron changes in post-battle statistics. Fixed the issue with the display of the "Top 12" and "Top 3" icons in the Personal Score tab of post-battle statistics. Adjusted some sound effects. Fixed some miscellaneous technical issues. VK 72.01 (K): introduced changes to the vehicle's turret. AMX 13 75 and T-34: fixed the issue where the vehicles did not correctly obtain the Elite status. T-50: fixed the issue with the display of technical characteristics for the standard and top engines.
