Ph3lan: Tier VII tanks moving to Tier VIII kept their camos
while tier VIIIs moving to Tier IX had it removed (and got
compensation). I'll investigate the reasoning behind it and report
back when I know more.

means that the compensation is also for a tier VIII camo which you
can freely use for anything including any Tier VIII camo on any
Tier VIII tank.
