much development time/money into ideas which you know in advance
will mostly be bad for general gameplay? I've yet to come
across anyone on these forums who says: "Yes, let's nerf accuracy
and standard ammo penetration because they are too good". Honestly,
has anyone ever seen such a request? What you do see almost
every day though is people bringing up gripes with artillery
missing their tank for half their health and premium ammo shooting
through the front of their turret. So would it not make more sense
to put time into those (actual) problems for which you have very
obvious feedback? Cobra 6Ph3lan: Don't forget that the changes you can see on the sandbox are
far from the only changes currently worked on by the development
team. Some changes might be tested in later phases of the
Sandbox and some of them will come directly to the Public Test
instead. As I said earlier, some of the changes that people
think "obvious" are either already on the way (MM) or being worked
on (SPGs). The best thing about the sandbox is that we
can also test changes that don't seem obvious.
