Berlin crew 0 skill bug still there?

Ph3lan: Hi guys! BIA is indeed a 0th skill on the Cromwell B. You can train the 1st (and any subsequent) skills at the same pace as with other "normal" crews, the BIA won't slow down their skill progression.
