Patch 9.15, +20% xp for platoons? uhm... what?

Ph3lan: Hi guys! A couple of things about the platoon bonuses/penalties: The purpose of the new system is to encourage people to form platoons within their own tier range instead of “fail/troll platoons”. The bonus is not available for dynamic platoons, so it won’t lead to platoon invite spam. It won’t work for mixed normal/dynamic platoons either, so for example if two people form a platoon that is eligible for the bonus and invite a 3rd player, the two original members will get the bonus, but the 3rd person won’t.   Platoons are already taken into account by the matchmaker, so this shouldn’t cause problems (if it does we are going to make the necessary changes) In general this is a new system and we are going to monitor it closely. We will make the necessary changes if the need arises.
