How do I report a bug?

Ph3lan: Hi JontomXire!   Based on your description I would say that you experienced a lag spike, your game has lost connection to server for a while. This might happen for any number of reasons like a problem with your internet connection, a software update starting in your background etc. If it keeps happening you should contact our Customer Support so they can help you solve the issue.
