The last attempt at buffing the E100 was, in your words, "sad".
Please do everything you can to avoid such a thing again.
Edit: Also, when balancing for the next patch, please remember that with the new physics where a lot of new routes open up that also means that all slow tanks that can't defend themselves vs. flanking enemy tanks will have a much, much harder time! Especially the JagdPanzer E-100 will be much worse off in version 0.8 with his low mobility.
