While in lower counts arty can be funny, and on rare occasions it is even an asset for the team, in high concentrations as we experience now the battle loses much of its sense. There is not much point in advancing - even if the poor tanker is not blown off the map, he could not get the fight done - as there always would be a bunch of profiteers sitting in some bush behind him who get the spoils. Seen it countless times, over and over.
To cut it (sorry for the rant), the arty is overpopulated, just as it was in pre-0.6.6. Something should be done.

Overlord: Not planning to implement any artificial limits, though there are some other plans how to improve the situation.
