There are several 30-37mm autocannons available in our historical period and the german medium line could use the various bordkanone that although ultimately used by airborne platforms were planned to be dual purpose.
Also, is Brumbarr being considered as replacement Tier VI for the 2nd german TD line?
Its overall features seem pretty balanced (slower, less camo, slightly less effective armor balanced by 150L12 and 88L71) and it's a planned tank anyway.
