Official answer given a few months ago is: no ETA-s and no new release plans . In my opinion Japanese tree this year is totally unrealistic. 7.4 will be in more then one month from now. Later German TD's, first 2 British lines, soviet TD's maybe some other stuff already hinted (X tier TD's and meds???). There we have end of 2012. Also Overlord stated once that there should be longer pause between new tech trees, so no way Japanese these year, because between Brit and Japanese should be a few months.
