Do you think it is ok to substantially change something that was bought for gold, without the choice for the customer to accept the replacement?
Previously you just reset the items in case and refunded their value, so they could be rebought.
I recently started another thread on how they react to my request regarding unplanned server downtime during clanwars and the gold spent for nothing.
Please reply from your standpoint as WN dev and maybe your management, are there any plans to treat us differently or change support rules?

PS:
One could presume, after supertest and 3 teststages, that the descriptions were kept as uninformative and useless as they are, so more people spend gold on resetting them multiple times. I leave it up to you to judge that.

Overlord: 1. Regarding the camo change, it was not a good move to not allow any kind of option or reward. This experience will be taken into account for similar changes in future.
2. As for CW, I remind you that this part of the game is still officially in beta. And while we strive to deliver the smoothest experience possible, such faults can happen. Of course, we are trying to get rid of them.
