it is clearly underperforming for its tier in Test3!
a reload of 4 (means afaik about 4,75 in values of 7.1.1) is extreme, but understandable though.
but
why is the traverse of the Turret reduced by 50%?? it is really UNplayable in comparisation to other Tier 8 tanks! A maus rotation with no armor!
the acceleration and turning on soft grounds is also clearly underperforming!
This tank is no Tier 8. Its a shame, as it is now! Even KV5 is outperforming it!
Overlord: After a series of internal test we have come to the conclusion that
only T34 of test 3 performs approx on the same level as Lowe and
KV-5, T34 of test 1 was able to take out quite easily any fully
upgraded tier 8 heavy, including non-prems.
