The reason why I ask is because the Tier ranking of tanks have little relation to how strong they are and I think the MM would be much more fair it instead used hits, armor, size, penetration values to generate a power of a tank.
For example setting a PzIV against a KV is very bad on 90% of the map, but they are still tier 5 even though the have no relation what so ever in power.
