Public Test 7.2 Discussion

Pardon for sounding stupid - does that mean that when they are EVENTUALLY released on main server, I will not be allowed to purchase them if I didnt partake in the test at this time ? Kind of like a loyalty thing, with OPPORTUNITY to purchase these premiums later IF we play test server 7.2 ???
I dont normally bother with test servers, but If thats the case - would it be enough to just play a few dozen games or do I have to rack up hundreds of hours to qualify to have "partaken" in the supertest ?
I would appreciate for a Developer to qlarify please ??
