The problem with the MM as it is isnt the MM its the players, how can you improve that?
My most recent game was tier 5 to 9, bottom tank was a tier 5 heavy, top tank was tier 9 heavy.
The problem was the tier 9 tanks didnt fight the tier 9 tanks, they seemed to avoid each other (in the guise of trying to out flank the enemy)
they out classed all other tanks they meet along the way and in the end the lower tanks didnt play a roll in the game at all except to be killed (which makes the top gun award rather pointless because an IS4 can get a top gun award reaping tier 5 tanks all day long without being even slightly damaged).
How about changing the MM to include any upgrades the tank has
