I thought players controlled the gun not the server...
its a considerable tactical disadvantage to correct server errors

advantage those players who already grinded similar modules in
German tree.
2. That's a technical requirement, the gun has to aimed at a particular object not pointed to the eternity through it. Moreover it is useful for gameplay purposes allowing to avoid unnecessary rotation.
