Q3: Since it is impossible to log in and play the 3x first win which ends at 5am, will you be compensating premium users for 1 day of lost Special Event access? As it stands now, we will have lost the opportunity of the 3x win because of the server fail.

Overlord: 1. Temporary problems. Fixed by now.
2. It doesn't bring any new content / features. It's a technical update that will change data storage.
3. 1 day extension of the special would be the right move.
