Overlord: 7.1.1 public test is available only for RU server. There we are testing the new packaging system for game resources that will change the system of data storage, plus we expect the decrease of map loading time for low and especially medium configurations. Since game clients for different regions have slight differences the current patcher is applicable only to RU client and it converts all data to the required format without full client download.
