All the 'adjustments' that make the tanks in ones garage perform less than average are hard to accept and reducing Tiger top speed with ~26% seems unnecessary. The tank performs low average compared to other tier heavy 7 tanks so why don't let it have it's 35km? No need to reduce IS speed with 3km either then

Having the highest avg exp or win ratio? No. Its even 2nd to Maus
in terms of some stat points.
